Cisco ThousandEyes
Technical Lead for Agentic Systems Engineering, running the team responsible for our internal agent runtime and Agentic SDLC. I work with engineering teams across Cisco to understand their use cases, improve the platform and roll it out more widely. I have also written tools for the ThousandEyes MCP server and use MCP day to day.
Previously, I led architecture and delivery across the BGP product, including Easy Onboarding, which automates test and alert-rule creation using an intelligent matching engine and drove a 7% increase in BGP test revenue in its first month. I also drove engineering quality and infrastructure efficiency across the area, including work that reduced customer-reported bugs by 13.3% and BGP infrastructure costs by $52k per year.

Managed a team of 8 full-stack product engineers building fibre planning, build and network operations software. I owned the roadmap with senior business stakeholders and acted as technical design authority while giving the team space to own delivery and architecture.

Blink
Built and led Blink's global Solutions Engineering team. Before building the team I owned integrations end to end, covering SCIM, SAML, OAuth and API connectivity into systems including Workday, Google and other enterprise tools. That work became a reusable library of integrations and connectivity patterns rather than a set of one-off customer implementations.

Built product capabilities front to back across the application and AWS infrastructure, including the core enterprise identity and provisioning work behind OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0 and SCIM, alongside APIs used by Blink's growing integration ecosystem.
